Yes, you can combine all the functions, but since it's 5 minutes in total, we recommend choosing 2 at most to treat the area properly. For example:

Monday: Clean 30" each eye and RF 2' each eye. Tuesday: Clean 30" each eye and IMPORT 2' each eye. Wednesday: Clean 30" each eye and RF 2' each eye. Thursday: Clean 30" each eye and EMS 2' each eye. Friday: Clean 30" each eye and IMPORT 2' each eye. Saturday and Sunday: Clean 30" each eye and EMS 2' each eye.

The maximum will always add up to 5 minutes, that is, 2.5 minutes per eye.
